Terms of use
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you create an account on MyRealView or use it. By using the service you accept them.
The service
MyRealView lets you record properties, tenants, leases and money movements, import bank statements, and produce reports and zakat calculations. We improve it continually, so features may change.
Your account
Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell the workspace owner or us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
A workspace owner decides who joins the workspace and with which role, and is responsible for the people they invite.
Your data
The information you put into MyRealView remains yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to record information about tenants and other people.
Not financial, legal or religious advice
Figures, reports and zakat calculations are produced from the data you enter and the settings you choose. They are tools to help you, not advice. Check important decisions — tax, legal matters, zakat — with a qualified adviser or scholar.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful; do not try to reach other workspaces or other people's accounts, test or bypass security, overload or disrupt the service, or collect data from it by automated means.
Availability and backups
We work to keep the service available and back it up every night, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or that data can never be lost. Keep your own copies of important records — the Excel exports are there for that.
Price
The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you can decide whether to continue.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your workspace and account in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses — such as lost profit or decisions made on the basis of figures in the service — and the service is provided as it is. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. If they change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
